Experience
In my undergraduate years at the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio, I gained tutoring experience with students in anatomy, immunology and cellular biology. I have also held tutoring sessions this previous year in medical school for Genetics. I would like to be a tutor this summer to use my time constructively and hopefully help others in the process achieve their educational goals. I have taken a wide variety of science courses anywhere from basic biology or chemistry up to organic chemistry II, biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, Advanced Genetics, Anatomy, and Human Physiology. Over the years I feel I have gained a lot of knowledge in study skills and habits. This is valuable information to teach that is key for success in the whole process as well. Any Science course I feel comfortable teaching. It is extremely important to establish what style of learning works well for you as the student and I can help you discover that if your still not quite sure. This will allow you to use your time much more efficiently as well as aid in retaining information.
